Coordinator of the Master’s Degree Program in Environmental Law and Public Policy. She holds an Bachelor’s Degree in law, graduating with honors by the University of La Salle: she studied a Diploma Course in Environmental Law at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico and holds a Master’s Degree in Political Environmental Negotiation from the University of San Carlos lll in Madrid. During her post graduate studies she brought about practices at the government offices of National Parks for the Environmental Ministry in Spain. She is a partner in the Celis Aguilar Álvarez and Associates law firm, a pioneering  law firm in Environmental Rights in Mexico, specializing their litigation and strategies in environmental rights.
